How do I return an item?

Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 15 days. (Buyer pays shipping cost).

All returns will be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. If item that you have received is "Not as Described" in the listing, due to our mistake (picture will be required), please contact us by email, and we will provide you with a pre-paid Return Shipping Label (for US customers) to return the item for a full refund or exchange. (International customers are responsible for all shipping costs.)

Your request will be answered within 48 hours. Damaged or dirty parts returned back to us do not qualify for our Return Policy. Shipping charges would be buyer's responsibility.
